Standalone walk-in bar within Stevie Parle's Town restaurant, opened 2025. Bar programme led by Kevin Armstrong, formerly of Satan's Whiskers (ranked 29th World's 50 Best Bars). The Somerset Negroni replaces traditional gin with Somerset apple brandy for a distinctively British character.
