The Negroni
Part of the St. JOHN portfolio, this walk-in wine bar in the heart of Seven Dials serves the legendary Fergroni — Fergus Henderson's own creation, described as a Negroni as it should be. The recipe is stronger and gin-forward: 50% Tanqueray gin, 30% Punt e Mes, 20% Campari, stirred over ice and garnished with lemon (never orange). St. JOHN and Campari previously released the Fergroni as a pre-bottled cocktail to celebrate the restaurant's 25th anniversary. Here at Neal's Yard, you can walk in, order one at the bar, and drink it standing up.
