61 Rupert Street, Soho, London W1D 7PW
Founded by Dom Fernando in 2019 and tucked down Rupert Street in Soho, Paradise reimagines Sri Lankan cooking through a modern London lens, with a 2024 refit by Dan Preston that nods to architect Geoffrey Bawa's tropical wallauwa houses. The bar program, led by Erin Mulkerrin-English, leans heavily on the island's national spirit arrack and on Sri Lankan produce, most notably in the kitchen's signature White Mango Negroni built around varieties such as petti amba and mee amba that come into season between May and August. The result is a Negroni with tropical perfume and a soft, spiced finish that mirrors the food.
