The Negroni
One of London's most iconic cocktail bars since 1908. Ian Fleming was a regular and coined shaken, not stirred here; the Vesper Martini was created at Dukes while Fleming wrote Casino Royale. Head bartender Alessandro Palazzi has run the bar since 2007. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment (reopening late Summer 2026) but Dukes Bar remains open. Strict two-martini maximum per guest due to potency.
